Terms & Conditions

By placing a booking with us you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Bookings
- Bookings must be made by telephone or email and must be confirmed by us. Do not travel to the site if you have not received confirmation of your booking and you access PIN.
- We require a full name, phone number and email address to confirm your booking, along with the registration number of your vehicle(s).
Prices & Payment
- We reserve the right to change prices and conditions without prior notice.
- Payment can be made either by BACS or card.
- A one-night non-refundable deposit must be made to confirm your booking.
- The balance of your payment is due 7 days before arrival.
- Bookings of 3 nights or fewer must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If you wish to cancel or amend your booking please contact us by phone or email.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations or date changes are non-refundable less than 3 days before the start of your stay.
- If you decide to leave early no refund will be given.
- If you are asked to leave site due to a contravention of our Terms and Conditions no refund will be given.
- Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control we may have to cancel your booking. In this event we will offer the choice of a different date or a full refund.
Arrivals & Departure
- There is no formal booking in procedure. You will receive your pitch number and barrier PIN code by email prior to arrival and upon arrival you may proceed directly to your pitch.
- Barrier PIN codes will only work for the duration of your stay and must not be shared with anyone else.
- Please check out by 12 noon and check in after 1pm.
- If you plan to arrive after 5pm please let us know by phone or email.
- Only people included in your original booking may stay on your pitch. If you would like to meet visitors at the site not included in your booking you will need to agree this with us in advance.
Pitching and Parking
- Only touring caravans, motorhomes or light vans under 5t and specifically converted to campervans may be used as accommodation on site.
- Please park your caravan or motorhome on the gravel (where applicable) with the towbar facing outwards.
- We have a strict maximum of two vehicles per booking. You may park one vehicle on your pitch, other vehicles must be parked in the car park.
- All vehicles on site must be covered by your own insurance and where applicable must be taxed, MOT’d and roadworthy.
- Any sign-written vans or vans over 3.5t must be parked in the car park.
- No continental caravans (door on the right) are permitted.
Facilities
- Please leave the facilities as you would wish to find them.
- Please take care when using hot taps and showers, and ensure young children are supervised when showering or hand washing.
- A bath is available for a small fee in the ladies’ facilities. Please rinse the bath after use so that it is ready for the next person.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using the facilities.
- Please DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper and toilet waste down the toilets. Bins are provided for sanitary items.
- The toilet and shower block are cleaned daily and access may be restricted at these times. A warning sign will be in use when this is happening.
- Both female and male operatives may clean either the ladies or gent’s facilities.
- Washing machines and tumble dryers are for clothes only.
- Remove animal hair from items before putting them in the washing machine.
- Please make sure you remove your belongings from the laundry or washing up room promptly so the next person can use the facilities.
- Do not remove other people’s laundry from a machine.
- CCTV cameras are in operation 24/7. Images are recorded for safety and security.
Electric Hook Up
- One hook up per pitch
- No line splitters allowed
- No heaters in awnings
- No heating or air-con to be left on in unattended caravans.
- No electric vehicle charging on your pitch.
- Our electricity supply can be overwhelmed by cumulative load from electric heaters during very cold spells. If this occurs during your stay please use your gas or diesel heating where possible.
Pets
- Two pets per pitch maximum.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when on the park.
- We have a short dog walking route towards the woods at the North end of the site. Please observe the signs and do not go into the woods or allow your pet to. The gamekeeper is not dog friendly!
- All dog mess must be immediately cleaned up and disposed of in the waste bins. DO NOT USE THE RECYCLING BINS FOR DOG WASTE.
- No dogs listed under the dangerous dogs act 1991 are allowed on site.
- Pets must not be left unattended at any time either outside or in a vehicle or caravan.
- You are fully responsible for your pet(s) on site. We accept no liability for injury or damage caused to or by any pet on our site.
- Guests with pets that cause a nuisance (including but not limited to excessive barking, aggression or fouling) will be asked to remove the pet from site or leave.
Behaviour & Noise
- You must adhere to any current social distancing or isolation rules in respect of Covid19.
- Antisocial behaviour towards staff or guests will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove from site any guest at our discretion.
- We do not accept bookings or allow anyone to stay on site who is or has been listed on the Violent and Sex Offenders Register (or any register which supersedes this), Child Abduction Notice or any similar order.
- Please keep noise to a minimum. Our quiet time is between 10:30pm and 7:30am. No loud music, singing or excessive noise will be tolerated and persistent offenders will be removed from site.
- Criminal activity including the use of illegal drugs on site will not be tolerated and will be reported to the authorities. Offenders will be removed from site.
- Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. Guests who cause a nuisance through drunken behaviour will be asked to leave.
- You may not carry out any trade or buying or selling of vehicles, caravans, motorhomes etc on site.
Fires & BBQs
- No wood fires of any kind anywhere on site.
- Gas or charcoal BBQ’s only.
- Please raise BBQ’s off the ground using bricks provided to avoid scorching grass.
- During dry spells we may prohibit the use of all BBQ’s for the safety of all. Please observe the signage during dry spells.
- Please note the location of the fire points around the park before lighting a BBQ.
- NEVER leave a BBQ unattended.
Liability
- We will not accept any liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage suffered by you or a member of your party, unless there is wilful negligence on our part.
- Items left on site and not collected within 28 days of the end of your stay will be disposed of.
